Daft Punk Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger
NEVER OVER is based on the concept that the design process is never over.
The design process is a constant pursuit for making the best work that you can. There is always going to be more than one possible outcome for any brief and
it is a designer’s job to do his or her best to reach the best outcome. I got the idea from the Daft Punk song ‘Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger’ and thought it conveyed the sentiment very eloquently. Daft Punk sampled part of the lyric from the television programme Six Million Dollar Man, which is about an astronaut who died but scientists rebuilt him to perform “faster, better, stronger”.
Again, it is the idea that he can now perform to a higher standard than he
could previously and will accomplish more.
This is what I hope to achieve with graphic design.
